AQUA AEROBIC

Classes are held in water, combine features of aerobics, strength training and corrective gymnastics. With regularity, they allow the body to maintain and improve its fitness.

BADMINTON

The aim of the classes is to learn the basic elements of the game technique and develop motor qualities such as speed, reflexes and agility. Practicing this form of classes allows you to fully improve your motor coordination, physical condition and mental well-being.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Exercises using additional weights. Training is designed to strengthen muscles without overbuilding them. Classes are conducted based on the gym of the USC facility at Gagarina 35 Street.

YOGA

The practice of yoga combines training of the body and mind, and at the same time helps achieve a state of calm and relaxation. The workout consists of practicing various postures that affect muscle strengthening and stretching of the entire body.

SWIMMING

Swimming is not only an important life skill, but also an effective workout for the whole body. It is a very diverse sport, so practicing it brings multiple benefits to our health: it strengthens the circulatory system and muscles, improves efficiency and lung capacity, relieves stress on the spine or reduces stress. When learning to swim, motor skills and coordination improve, and self-esteem is strengthened.

PILATES

The Pilates system is a full-body workout – a combination of exercises inspired by yoga, ballet and isometric (strength) exercises. Its purpose is to strengthen muscles without overbuilding them, relieve stress on the spine, improve posture, make the body more flexible, reduce stress levels and improve overall health.

SHAPE

Shape is an all-around workout that covers all muscle parts, modeling the arms, buttocks and abdomen. Equipment such as dumbbells, ankle weights and resistance bands are often used for training.

HEALTHY SPINE

These are specialized sports activities aimed at improving the mobility of the spine, as well as taking care of its condition. Thanks to the proposed exercises, it is possible to get rid of the pain of the spine, as well as to avoid more serious conditions of this organ such as degenerative changes or curvature.
